About Ignacio Segovia
Coach first. Hypnosis is one of the tools.
My approach
I started out studying how people function at work: motivation, habits, stress and performance. That path led me to coaching, and then to hypnosis, because it gives people a quick, practical way to rehearse a new response before they need it.
I work from Hollywood, Florida, and online across the state, in English and Spanish. I am a coach, not a clinician. My job is to help you get clear on a goal, build a routine around it and practice it until it feels natural.
Clients come to me with very different goals, from quitting smoking to steadier nerves before a match. What they share is a wish to act differently in a specific moment, and a willingness to practice.
Why coaching and hypnosis together
Coaching gives you the plan: what you want, what gets in the way and what you will do next. Hypnosis gives you a way to rehearse that plan while you are deeply relaxed and focused, so the new response feels familiar when the real moment arrives.
Neither one replaces the other, and neither replaces medical or psychological care. When a goal is outside my scope, I say so and suggest you speak with a licensed professional.
I also keep sessions practical. You will leave each one knowing what to practice, when to practice it and how to tell whether it is helping.

How I work
- Clear scope. I tell you early whether your goal is a fit, and I refer you when it is not.
- Your choice. Every suggestion is agreed with you first, and you stay in charge of the session.
- Practice over promises. You leave with something to rehearse, since small repeated practice is what builds new habits.
Let’s see if it is a fit.
