Scope of services

Hypnosis Help Center offers non-therapeutic hypnosis and coaching for personal goals. Ignacio Segovia is not a licensed physician, mental health counselor or psychologist. Services are not medical or psychological care and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and they do not replace care or treatment from a licensed provider. Results vary.

Hypnosis here is offered for non-therapeutic purposes; for medical or mental-health conditions a referral from a licensed provider is required (see Chapter 485, Florida Statutes). Nothing on this site is medical advice. Keep seeing your doctor or licensed provider, and do not stop any treatment because of a hypnosis session.

Referral-only topics

We work with the following only with written referral or clearance from your licensed provider, and otherwise decline: chronic or acute pain; panic attacks, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD or OCD; eating disorders and medical weight loss; alcohol or drug dependence; preparation for medical or dental procedures; IBS or any diagnosed condition; trauma or “memory recovery”; past-life regression.

Consent and intake

Before your first session you complete an intake and consent form. Participation is voluntary, you stay in control, and you can stop at any time.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must be present and consenting for any session with a minor.

Confidentiality

What you share is kept confidential, with these limits: a risk of serious harm to you or to someone else, or a legal requirement to disclose.

Privacy

WhatsApp. When you message us, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your phone number and messages under its own privacy policy. We use what you send only to reply and to schedule.
This website. There is no contact form. We may use basic analytics to understand how many people visit, which can involve cookies.
Sharing. We do not sell your information.
Your requests. Message us any time to ask for your information to be deleted.
